Molly lived in Pennsylvania and started working professionally as a teenager at Philly's Prince Music Theater. Her first production as a professional included The Snow Queen. As part of the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods, she won a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. This role she performed again in her Broadway d but at the age 15 in the production of Into the Woods, on Broadway. The show was recognized as a Drama League Award. Molly was also as a character in the Broadway production of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. After graduating of Princeton University, where she received a B.A. with a major in religion, and became a Triangle Club member, Molly attended Princeton University. in Religion. In that time she made her acting debut as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. After graduation Molly appeared in a variety of Off-Broadway plays including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and also in television work including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has been in several regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 show The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly's most well-known role was on the set of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), in which she portrays Ali her teenage daughter. Molly also appeared in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which was held in 2008.
